Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept any refund or cashback inquiries if the item is still in transit.
Certain items, such as gift cards and some health and personal care items, are non-returnable.
In some situations, only partial refunds will be granted, such as if the item is not in its original condition or is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank to see if there are any processing delays.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order or request a chargeback, they must first email us at email@example.com with an explanation.
If the item is already in transit, the customer can only refund the item with the original tags after receiving it, and the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Making a false chargeback is considered fraud and is punishable by a fine or imprisonment.
